Hallo,

It would by fantastic if "Inbound Route" could be defined not just by means of "DID Number" and "Caller ID Number" but also on base of "Caller ID Lookup".
Then it would by possible to define a SQL query against Sugarcrm or vTiger table to match for instance "Customers", "Suppliers", "Friends" and so on. When succeed a corresponding destination could be activated.
I think that this would add a very powerful and flexible functionality to Trixbox/Freepbx.

Feature Request - Inbound Route based on CLID Lookup

I think that would be a nice feature. It is possible to do this with a bit of serious hacking but a module would be cool.

That way an SQL lookup could send 'Friends' to one extension and 'People Who Chase Money' to another ;)
