The Direct Dial Voicemail feature is designated in the general settings module. I'm not clear on how you broke it, so I can't tell you how to fix it. But, I'd start by changing it to something very unique, i.e. *314159, and then testing it. Remember that you have to dial the feature code + the voicemail box.
In other words, to directly dial a voicemail, if the code is set to *86 and the voicemail box is 400, you'd dial:
