Information from ARI not showing in Extensions

With all the latest and greatest updates if you are in the ARI and you set options under voicemail it does not show in Extensions under FreePBX.
Specifically when I set email attachment and say caller id in ARI it does not show in Extensions. It shows the no button for the other two but the yes button for email attachment and say caller id is not selected.
Also, in the ARI it says on and does not allow you to uncheck them. If you select no in Extensions it does show a blank check box in ARI.
