Ring groups accross multiple boxes

mcoxall's picture

Not sure if anybody has thought of this but we have 3 systems all independently run but there are 3 sites of one customer. We are using ring groups as speed dials to external number. (normally staff mobiles)

What i want to do is synchronize these ring groups across the 3 boxes so when i change takes place i only need to change it on 1 system.

Any ideas ?????

Put the ring groups on only

Put the ring groups on only one box and point the other two to it via dialplan. That way you only have one set of ring-groups to deal with.

Outbound route

as each box has its own zap channels how would you make one set of ring groups call from the originating boxes zap lines.
