Nothing saves - Javascript Errors?

I've installed everything from SVN very recently. Everything looks really nice. The only problem is none of the forms seem to save data. I can't add devices, trunks, etc.

Has anyone else run into this? I'm using MySQL/FreeSwitch/PHP 5.3.2
