Pin in conference in FreePBX v3

Hello,
1).I am able to create a conference room and assign Conference Room Pin - that works OK. When trying to create a pin in Pin List (bottom of the screen) by clicking Add Pin in bottom left corner - nothing happens. Do I need to enable something else to make it work?
2). Also if you can let me know the number of max calls per room and max number of rooms can be created. Obviously hardware is the limitation but is there anything set in FreePBX itself?

As for max callers in a single conference room, the limit is based solely on what your box supports for number of calls and audio mixing. We do not impose a limit, and I've seen 300+ folks in a single conference bridge (not all talking at the same time).
