What a nice day to troubleshoot! :)
I have an issue where I have 3 trunks but only 1 will dial out. In other words, if someone is already on the phone, anyone else dialing out gets a busy signal. Tested with cell phones that we know were not busy at the time.
I only have one outbound route (as far as I know) and it has all three trunks added at the bottom.
My specs are listed below.
Any ideas?
EDIT (found this in the log. Unsure what to do):

And to answer my own question:
In the WebGUI, under Connectivity > Trunks > 21 (22, and 23 on the right side), there is an option to add "Maximum Channels" Change EACH trunk to 1.
This tells it that there are no more channels available on that trunk when it is in use and will continue on to the next trunk set up in the outbound route.
