In my old pbx system i use to have a feature called "pick-up group", which you could define a group of extensions which could pick up each others telephone by dialing 18! i assigned all telephones in a room to a group, so once someone got a call and no one was in the room someone else could pick it from their own desk!

is there such feature in FreePBX?
