can not call using softphones

can not call using softphones

hi,
I have setup a sip station with 5 extensions.but the problem is that the softphones which i am using can not make a call.It is showing not accepable here 400,help me.

Please explain your problem more completely. Include FreePBX versions, softphone type and configurations.
