I just added a new extention to my system and can not get it to dial out. All it gives me is a busy signal but calls will come in on the new extention. Asterisk 1.8 freepbx distro 2.10.

I have a similar problem, but I believe it has to do with the amount of trunks I have configured on the system, and the custom contexts that I am using the direct extension calls out over their own unique branch trunk.
Using extension_custom.conf and have been for a while, seems like the new version of Asterisk has a bug in it perhaps?
Server detail:
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Asterisk 1.8.14.1
FreePBX 2.10.1.1
[2012-07-19 10:06:46] WARNING[20942]: pbx.c:2726 pbx_find_extension: Maximum PBX stack exceeded
The weird thin is that I have an identical box just running an older vesion that seems to work without the errors?
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Asterisk 1.8.12.0
FreePBX 2.10.0.7
Here is a Sample from the file.
[from-bloem]
; Remote site A must go out on the correct 087 number so prefix with a "2860097" to force Correct Trunk line
exten => _0.,1,Goto(from-internal,2860097${EXTEN},1)
exten => _.,1,Goto(from-internal,${EXTEN},1)
I have an outbound route that monitor for that prefix.
If I switch the extension context to from-internal with a generic outbound route the problem is resolved?
Any advice?
I think my problem is a bit different. This is only happening on the new extention. All of the old extentions work for this trunk and only the new one has problems. I want to say its just one setting with the extention. but im not positive.
Have you tried changing the extension NAT settings?
Also did you recently upgrade to FreePBX 2.10 if so compare this extension to older and see if you can pick some differences.
I set it up the same way as the others with the NAT on and it is still having the same problem. I did a fresh install of 2.10 out of the distro when the system was installed.
