Not able to Chat

Hi,

We have created two extension in asterisk and register with Xlite version 4 which have chat provision also.

We are able to do voice call successfully but when we try to chat, i am getting below error messsage

" Sorry, your message cannot be delivered. Please try again later."

Can any one help me for this ? Do we have any specific configuration in FreePBX .

I am using 2.9.07 version of FreePbX

If you understand Linux you could choose to run it on the FreePBX box.
