Problem with End Point Template Manager

Hi - where can I post an issue with the template manager. A couple of problems:

Time zones do not seem to be honored with the MAC address configs putting a blank, and over-riding parameter in place.

Similar noted with CISCO 502Gs Dial plans. Dial Plan 1 was blank and invalid.

Wondering who can help.
