I use FreePBX as a new product and I've forwarded the server. When I connect with my 3G account, I can't hear anything. I can reach the other side but I can't hear anything. Is there some port that I need to forward or is there an other problem.
Would you please help me?

Since Free PBX is not a product but software that controls another program(Asterisk) I don't understand your message.
You need to tell us all about your system, how it was installed and with what versions.
If you used a Distro like PBX in a flash or Elastix you need to note that also.
