I see it trying to hit IPs like:
199.102.239.148 199.102.239.158
Who owns these IP addresses? Is there a DNS address I can use to allow for module updates?
Found the answer myself.
For module updates you need to allow:
mirror.freepbx.org

that is correct though there are actually two mirrors for redundancy.
mirror.freepbx.org usually points to mirror1 but could be changed to point to mirror2 in the case of an outage. Given that it's not mission critical though you should be fine.
