Does an included context execute before the context it is in. As in the simple example below.

extension.conf

[outrt-002-Long_Distance]
include => outrt-002-Long_Distance-custom
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,Macro(dialout-trunk,1,${EXTEN},,)
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,n,Macro(outisbusy,)
