Getting "Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255"

Getting the following message after the latest update.

Not quite sure how it happened but it may not have made it into an earlier framework update (Even though the revision number of the checking was before the framework was packaged). In any event, you should update to the latest framework module and that should give you the required class that is missing.
