How do I add casual dialing , is it only here at the outbound route page? Below is what I currently have..

exactly what do you mean by casual dialing? The outbound routing and a given route should contain all the valid patterns you want to allow out on a given route.

PIC or CIC is what you mean.

ok you mean long distance carrier code aka PIC or more commonly known as CIC "Carrier Identification Code".

In that each code must start with 101 followed by 4 digits You can do 101. or 101XXXX1NXXNXXXXXX

Do you want the outbound

Do you want the outbound route to only process the numbers starting with 1010288, or do you want the numbers which are processed by this outbound route to be automaticly prefixed by 1010288 ? If the latter, you might opt for dialpatterns like _1010288+1NXXNXXXXXX

You could also use a prefix on your trunk, but this might pose a problem if a trunk is shared by multiple PIC/CIC
