Cisco XML Directory from Phone-book Module

I created a cgi/fastcgi script to generate multi-page cisco xml directories from the Phonebook module. I wrote it in perl and it seems to work pretty good for me. Figured I would post it here for others to try/test out as well.

You will need to have these perl modules installed:
Asterisk::AMI::Common
CGI
CGI::Fast
CGI::Carp
