Dial plan using +

Hello,

Is it possible to use the sign + in the dial plan?

Sometime my IP Phone sends a number in this format : +XX X XX XX XX XX (It sends + instead of 00 for long distance calls). In the outbond route can I use something like +X. and in the trunk dialed number manipulation rules (00) + + |X.

Regards
