Missing other destinations within inbound routes

I seem to only have Terminate Call, Extensions and Ring Groups within Inbound Routes (and Ring Groups for that matter). I no longer see options for Custom App or anything else for that matter. I don't seem to be missing any modules. Any thoughts?
