send ext to feature code

Hi hope somebody can help me with this little problem.
I want to be able to send all incoming external calls to an extension but for it to re-route to a feature code, similar scenario as follow me if no answer or not online. I can call the extension now via ext No or through associated DID, what I want people to hear is the speaking clock feature.. These are all callers not on the PBX ( all external incoming calls)

In FreePBX, create a miscellaneous destination. From the drop down list of Feature codes, choose speaking clock. Give it a name. Now you can choose it from your IVR.
