*1 doesn't start the recording of an incoming call

fabianus's picture

Hello all,

I did set "trw" in the "Asterisk Dial command options" under general settings.
I also set recordings "on demand" in the extension's opitons.
And I typed "*1" once a call was incoming. But recording is not done ...
But if I do set recordings on "Always" in the extention's options it works fine.

Could anybody help me to get this fixed so that users might start recording by typing *1 or something else ?

Thanks for any help !

Regards,
Fabianus
