After IVR MOH on Queue is cutted
HI guys I got a problem with MOH.
When a landline calls my VR, the system recordings ivr audio answers ok and music works fine, but when a landline hit for example option 1 the MOH of the queue chosen it plays "cutted", stops and start. Any idea?
This problems happens only with mobile and landlines phone. If I call from a voip phone the MOH of the queue plays well.
