Dialing another extension from within voicemail hangs up.

Need help tracking down why voicemail is hanging up when transferring.

User calls in and gets sent to someones voicemail. While listening to the not available message they dial another extension. The system plays: please wait while I try that ext... and asterisk hangs up. Very little info on the cause.

Here are the associated log entries:

I later after much searching found something that was similar in saying there was an Asterisk bug, but I never had the right keywords to come across this bug report.
