Grandstream Pickup not working
hi all,
we have only GXP-2000 on our installation.
we have an IAX Trunk, each phone has a direct line.
I've configure the BLF for each of the other lines. when one ring though we cant press the button and pick up the call.
FreePBX says its all configured, ** for pickup, but we just keep getting 603 errors.
*8 works but its far easier to just press the button.
any advice ?

Each phone has it's own dialplan and built in internal functions. If those are not configured properly the commands never make it out of the phone to asterisk or FreePBX to do anything about it.
