Hi, I have a new asterisk-freepbx system working fine. I have managed to create a couple of IVR, but I have got this problem: IVR is working fine when calling from mobile (and from some other phones), but it does not catch all user selections from the most of phones. Can you give me some advice?

I've been strugling with this problem for some time now. I found that if you put dtfmmode=auto in your zapata.conf file it catches most of the key presses from callers.

It's not perfect but it is better than what I was experiencing before.


does this often happen with freepbx?
