Mynetfone DID problem

Hi All,

I'm configuring an auto forward to an external number when a group are all engaged. But mynetfone DID is not working. The other party (external) is not accepting a private number. How can I configure the DID for my outgoing numbers so that it will not prompt the other party as a "private number"..I have power saver pro accounts with 2-3 sub-account with DID's.
