Hi,
i was upgraded the freepbx version to the latest one, but then i downgraded. Reverted the the freepbx and asterisk data with the backups from older version. But now i get this error when i try to make an internal calling:

It just reject me to call. How to solve this problem?
Before upgrade we were able to call without any problems?

well before addressing what broke when you downgraded (since downgrading is very likely to break things that are not easily fixed, what was it that you ran into in 2.5 that enticed you to downgrade so we can address those concerns as they may be common to other users as well?

Reason to downgrade

Freepbx was on the production server and most of the things was not working after upgrade (probably because configuration). That was the reason to downgrade it, because we needed urgently voip to be working. Right now i can make external calls, but i can not make internal calls between users in our sistem. I don't know how to get it working. I'm trying whole day already, but without success.
I downgraded it this way:
returned back /etc/amportal.conf, /etc/asterisk/, /var/www/asterisk and imported the old database before upgrade. I had backup all these directoried before to upgrade.

well as far as the recovery, it would take more then just importing the old database, you would really need to delete the current one and have all the tables created from the old schema since much schema changed.
However, it is not very helpful to say "most of the things was not working after upgrade" since that doesn't tell us anything as to what wasn't working given that there are thousands of production systems running on 2.5. I'm not suggesting you didn't have problems as I'm sure you did from what you say, however, it's very likely that what ever wasn't working when you upgraded is much easier fixed or addressed then trying to figure out what you really did in your attempt to restore 2.4 and get that working.
Again, there are over 4000 systems running 2.5, so isolating what broke on yours may be easier then addressing the unknown state that your current system is in since the nature of how you did the restore is very ambiguous.

I don't want to tell that
I don't want to tell that the reason for our problems is the upgrade. Probably we don't have configured well our system and that was the reason for these problems. I'm not familiar enough with VoIP technologies and it is little bit difficult to understand and get working correctly this. In any case i will continue to read and try to learn more and more for this.
I will try to fix it and get working or will upgrade the current one again and will try to fix the things with the upgraded version.
Before importing the old database, i deleted all tables and then imported the sql file. I supposed that there are changes in the database after upgrade.
