We can really only help those that help themselves to start by providing some details to work with.

I'm running a Astrisk

I'm running a Astrisk system. It's been installed using asteriskNOW AsteriskNOW 1.5.0 Beta1 which has incl. (FreePBX 2.5.1.0 + Asterisk 1.4.22) on the Linux Distro CentOS release 5.2 (Final).

When I go into the FreePBX Web interface and add an extension or make a change to an extension and save. I am prompted by a orange looking area at the top to "apply configuration changes"

After clicking on this and the changes are applied, I get the errors described in the first post of the thead.

P.S this is a distro for asterisknow.com that pratically installed itself.
