Time Groups: "4th Thursday" ?

Is there a way to modify the time groups module to allow entry of things like "4th Thursday" instead of using a specific date? Since there are so many events and so many holidays which are based on this criteria, I think it would be an extremely useful enhancement. Thanks!

As we use the built in function in Asterisk, you can try this:

Make a new Time Condition, call it Thanksgiving
Set Week Day start: to Thursday
Set Month Day start: to 22
Set Month Day finish: to 28
Set Month start: to November

Now, when it is Thursday in November between 22nd and 28th, it will be true
