Newbie question on reporting in FreePBX
Could someone please help. I am relatively new to FreePBX and am trying to find out how to get simple reports using the reporting tool in the administration GUI.
All I am trying to do is find out how many unique incoming calls we are getting on a daily or monthly basis but am finding it very difficult to extract this simple information.
Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Click on reports, then take
Click on reports, then take a look at the bottom (below the details listing). It will have a graph of all the calls for the last 14 days. In those columns will be he total number of calls for the day (change the date range you get a different 2 weeks).
If you are looking for unique as in if bob's wife calls once or 4 times you only count it as once. it can't do that. But export the data and then you can do it manually.
