Ability to edit sip.cfg file for Polycom phones within EPM
Need to have the ability to edit the sip.cfg file within End Point Manager. I wanted to figure out how to turn off the message waiting beep and this is within the sip.cfg file.

Hi chaps
We've seen issue with extensions not showing in the network discovery page of Endpoint manager.
Phones are shown but the drop down with the extensions is empty despite there being extensions available.

The Snom template has buttons 1 to 11 but Snoms actually have 12 buttons. The 12th button needs to be set manually from the phone interface.
The Endpoint Manager needs the addition of 12 buttons for Snoms.

The Endpoint Manager Beta doesn't appear to correctly work with Yealink EXP39 expansion modules.
We have a few T28P phones with one or more EXP39 modules. We can program these easily enough via the Yealink Web interface, or using the OSS Endpoint Manager module and the config files. However using the EXP39 support in the Endpoint Manager Beta the settings are never picked up by the EXP39.
We've tried all the button types (DTMP, Speeddial etc) and various values, but the EXP39 never shows anything other than blank after picking up the config file.
Hi All!
I have a rather simple FreePBX version 2.11.0.1 that I installed a few months ago on Centos 6.3. I've updated the modules every few weeks or so.
The ring timers for extensions don't change the ring duration.
Whether you call an extension via an IVR (press 2) or as a direct extension (press 6102) I am unable to change the ring time from 2 or 3 rings before it goes to voicemail. The extensions are very basic SIP extensions that correspond to Grandstream GXP2100 IP phones.
I'd like to be able to easily export and import the basefile in Endpoint Manager.
We've just had to make about 40 changes to various settings and I know we'll have to do this again at another site soon. Given that the massive amount of rows in the tables slows the browsers down so much, being able to export and import entire configs would make multiple servers easier to manage.

I have a 2.10 Distro install that i have upgraded to 2.11 via the modules upgrade script, and am up to date on all available modules. Since doing so, recorded calls will not display when logging in as admin under the user panel. The calls are being recorded and are stored in the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory...but will not display either as admin or when logging in as an individual extension. I don't see any glaring errors in the asterisk start up log that relate to this issue.
I would appreciate any assistance in finding a resolve on this issue.
I am using FreePBX firmware 3.211.63-8 with Asterisk v11.3.0
When I use a dialplan with the prepend: #31# I cannot call.
The dialed number will be %2331%23X. (so the hashtag is converted to HTML code and not converted back like it did in FreePBX before v2.11). The dialed number should be #31#X.
Edit:
Problem is gone after on-the-fly downgrading back to Asterisk v1.8.21.0
Is there a way to add Yealink Firmware to the Endpoint Beta?
Currently it has 1.00, 1.01 and the like, but our latest firmware is 7.70.23.2 which we'd like to add to the list.

My Menus are not displaying correctly, not sure where to locate the error on this one.
Thanks
