2 must do commits: extensions are not tested with the "so" suffix, and escaping strings in SQL is not done like in MySQL (MySQL uses non standard
notation). Lets assume that if that function is not available, the engine will be able to deal with this standard notation. SQLite3 does, still need to
test pgsql.
