immediate support for zaptel devices

Description

I have heard from a customer that he needs support for immediate channels on Zaptel channels. This is because the zaptel channel is connected to an external isdn trunk (or something... I am still waiting for the exact details).

My suggestion is make a new value on the zaptel device, and default it to "no" to remove the braking of older setups.

IMHO this is a bug, since there is no way of adding this new option to the GUI without this (currently the user copied the configuration made by freepbx to the bottom of zapata.conf, to override the configuration made by the server on each modification.

I assume that this can get into trunk without any problems. Is it possible to make it also into the branch?
