Description

It would be nifty if the Inbound Routes screen showed the DID's configured in an individual User configuration.

It would be even niftier if clicking on one of those DIDs took you to the User's configuration screen.

Sorry, I completely overlooked the type drop-down. Obviously this is a Feature Request, not a bug.

hmm,

one of the purposes of doing the directdid routing was to unclutter the inbound routes screen and make it simpler in configurations where many/all users have direct dids. With that said, it would be nice (and I might consider it a bug) to cross reference between both locations so that duplicate dids can't be configured or at least there is a warning.

With that said, I think the place to see 'all' the dids is in a company directory, where you could see all the people, their did (whether assigned with a direct did routing or directly routed from the inbound route page since you could figure that out) and then provide information about any remaning dids and where they go.

With that setup - then providing the did as a link to to take you where ever it is configured would be really handy.

So ... just some brainstorming thoughts to add to this feature request...

The plan is to merge the direct did and inbound routes together so that they do show on inbound routes, and remove many of the features like fax setup, etc. on the extension screen. But we also need to then provide filters to enable or disable seeing everything. So ... I'll leave this in 2.4 with the probability that it will get bumped to the next release.

2.5 directdids have now been migrated to incoming routes with an ability to see them both places and created them both places.
