Preview of uploaded MP3s in Music on Hold. And set order

Description

A good idea would be a preview button to listen to the music on hold files uploaded to the server. A simple was would be a link to download and open to listen, or just allow the browser to play in via most already built in plug-in supplies with most browser. Also a way to set the order they are played. Either buy entering a number for the order beside the sound file in the GUI or a up down arrow to move its order.
