user CID not overriding trunk CID (outgoing)

Description

When creating a CID for a specific user it doesn't override the CID set in the trunk. Deleting the CID set in the trunk results in the user CID being passed through. Re-entering the CID in trunks results in original condition

I haven not had a chance to look at this since X-Rob and I discussed it unfortunately. This was brought up in: #1168 (so this is a dupe I think). Take a look at X-Rob's comments in #1168.

We believe this is fixed in 2.2 trunk. We'll probably put out 2.2-RC1 next week some time to ensure that it's fixed. You can download svn-trunk if you want to verify this (check http://www.aussievoip.com/wiki/freepbx-Upgrading for instructions on how to download and install trunk)
