Description

The first time an IVR is created you go through the process of giving it a name and setting the options etc... Hitting save and clicking on the red bar and OK will show the one you have just created and another one called Unnamed. This only happens when there are no other IVR's and you create one.

I just went through it - works fine, no phantom IVR.

I think you may have added it and then added another so that the unamed one was there. (I guess you could report a new bug that it shouldn't let you submit a blank ivr - that would probably be a good thing).

No I need to reopen this as it's still the case.

I don't have any IVR's on my system so when going into Digital Receptionist the only option I have is to Add IVR. I clock on this and set it up how it needs to be.

I give it a name and hit save. After hitting save it's name is shown under Add IVR on the right hand side and the red bar comes up. Click on the red bar and hit ok and now I have the one I have just created and another one called Unknown. It's reproducable on my system everytime but only works if you have no IVR's on your system as it only shows up when the first one if created. If you delete it then it never comes back, unless you delete them all and then create one.

Maybe it's Gentoo...

Ok - just got it to do the same on mine, so it is reproducable.

This should be fixed in #3196, and shouldn't cause any other issues. I had a quick click around and didn't notice anything strange. Should be able to roll it into RC1 as long as there are no issues.

Marking this as fixed, it seems to work, and doesn't cause drowsyness or other side effects!

I'm going to reopen it. The original bug is fixed but when you click Add IVR it creates an Unnamed which, if you don't save it, still remains. Shouldn't it only save when you hit save?

No, it creates an IVR called unnamed when you actually click 'new'.. Works-as-designed, but I agree that the design isn't perfect.
