Apparently this has 'some fixes' for it, haven't looked. People are saying in channel that it's doing the wrong thing.

retrieve_op_conf_from_mysql.pl assumes all zap channels are trunk. This can lead to extra incorrect buttons showing up as trunks i.e. you have a zap extension on a TDM400P card.

The referenced fix file makes the proper determination.

It also checks if you have defined the channel manually (i.e. you can define the channel manually in the start of this script) and have this customization not overridden with just the name of the zap channel.
