Change DeadAGI to AGI in extensions.conf

Description

Finally the bug related to parent dead Asterisk processes is corrected (see http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=8086) and now i think we can return to AGI in extensions.conf because in busy machines i have encountered other problems with DeadAGI (see http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=8204).

MOVING TO 2.3 - WE SHOULD NOT change this in 2.2.

Making people move to new versions of asterisk wihtout proper burn in is always a really BAD policy. Asterisk is notorious for introducing new bugs with new releases and thus it is very common and appropriate for people to choose to run with revisions that are sometimes several versions back.

I know, you are perfectly right. But i had many problems with AGI/DeadAGI/asterisk in large installations and with queues. In "normal" setup Asterisk/Freepbx works well, but when there are hundreds extensions and queues with many members asterisk simply crash or deadlock. As you can see in the posted links to the Digium issue tracker, this upgrade helped me and other reporters to improve the general stability of duo FreePBX-Asterisk in critical situations.

francesco_r: can you clarify something, are you saying that you had problems with DeadAGI as well, or did the change to DeadAGI fix your problem but they have now fixed the issue with AGI such that we can eventually move back to AGI from DeadAGI?
