allow modules to tell backup about additional files to be backed up

Description

Because trixbox supports sangoma cards, it should be stored if necessary also of those config files.

/etc/wanpipe/wanrouter.rc /etc/wanpipe/wanpipe*.conf (default name)

/etc/zaptel.conf should be stored too

I don't think the backup module should have hardcoded files added to it that are specific to downstream packages/distros.

If we're going to support backing up non-freepbx files, there should be a config file (or database table) and/or module hooks to allow this. The hooks could be a function in each module that return a list of files to add to the backup.

dup of #1386 basically, we all have a bunch of files we find important. If we have a custom areas where these could be defined, that should resolve this issue.
