Hi, One feature I like with Cisco Call-Manager is to be able to play a particular voicemail link using an endpoint (ie. phone), as using PC speakers is not that convient in a business enviroment.

Cisco does this with a Outlook plugin, however a 'click to call' URL would work just as well.

Click the link and the phone rings, pick it up and hear the particular message without having to log on or skip other messages.

This is a feature that can be implemented with UserPortal - right now, we have no state information to link web users to particular phones.
