Indications.conf needs updating to add za

Description

Bug or feature request... but eitherway za - South Africa - is missing from the General Settings> Countries table. It is present in the sample indications.conf supplied with the Asterisk source.

and when it is as easy as the last (cut and paste straight out of the bug report) I'll be glad to turn it around just as fast:)

I don't have the option for South Africa in the drop down so that's a failure...
