Listen to messages live as they are left, and barge in to pickup caller

It would be great if this could be built in to freePBX - caller is leaving a message, and I could listen to them as they leave the message, and press # to barge in and talk to the caller (stopping the message). They use a combo of Meetme Conf rooms and other stuff.
