Rename Recordings to system recordings

Description

In the module admin the system recordings module is called recordings. This should be renamed to system recordings to avoid confusion

mine says system recordings (2.3) so is this resovled?

 Recordings  setup     Not Installed (Locally available)

This is what I have under Module Admin. Module.xml needs to be updated. Change 

<name>Recordings</name>

to 

<name>System Recordings</name>
