Outbound route trunk sequence loses order

Description

Confirmed on freePBX 2.2.0 and 2.2.1, if you have more than 10 trunks in the trunk sequence, clicking on the "submit changes" button will, seemingly at random, re-order the trunk sequence. Pressing the "submit changes" button will change the order each time.
