Outbound dialing doesn't try next trunk if ENUM/ trunk fails (patch)

Description

There is a bogus Dial() line in core/etc/extensions.conf. If ENUM lookup succeeds but Dial() fails due to a problem with the returned address then the next trunk isn't tried.
