Description

I would like to see a field added to the Blacklist area that you can add text/comment to why the number that is black listed.

In addition, I suggest to allow prefix based number planning in the BlackList?. For example, I want to block all calls from area code 310, so I enter "1310." as one entry but not to write thousands of 1310xxxxxxx entries. Or if I want to block call ending with 5555, I enter "1xxxxxx5555" in the BlackList?. Probabilly, it is useful to have exception tables as well, but not very essential at this stage.

Sometime in the future when you develop new release, the blacklist can fadeout when DID-based call routing becomes available.

The last sentence should be: Sometime in the future when you develop new release, the blacklist can fadeout when CallerID-based call routing becomes available.

For example, all calls from area code 310 go to IVR1, .... Calls from area code 232 go to "hang up".

This is basically a dupe of #2418 with some additional request added. I will close this if no objection is done.
