Description

This patch let you select the destination for incoming calls from blacklisted numbers.

This patch is against the blacklist module included in freepbx 2.3

This is useful if you want to redirect blacklisted calls to a local extension, or if you want to play a custom message, or similar things.

This is my first patch to this project, so probably it needs some review.

I'd like to see this ability to set the blacklist destination become a standard part of the blacklist module.
