Description

Currently when a call is forwarded to external number, there is an option to "confirm call". I suggest additional options such as: Caller ID, choose whether its the caller or your system. Besides pressing 1 or 2, you should be able to a)hear caller id b)let the caller leave a message with a monitor option.
